  Great value meals with specials for every night of the week, e.g. $16 for spaghetti meatballs and a schooner. Pretty typical pub meals like burgers, schnitzels etc. Despite the name, there is not much of a 'view' here. We visited at night and could only see the street below and one end of the harbour bridge. Very quiet on the Tuesday evening when we visited, despite the central location. A peaceful night out.

  Unassuming looking pub from the street, 3 floors inside of which one is a terrace which provides views of the harbour bridge and the water. Standard choice of beers, luckily I like the choices. Heat lamps on the terrace, although it doesn't exactly get what I would describe as 'cold'. Gets busy just after sundown on Saturday, get in early, get comfortable on the terrace, have a few beers and watch the lunatics who have just climbed the harbour bridge come back down.

  The harbour view hotel is a great little pub. Do yourself a favour and grab a drink sit on the 2nd floor beer garden and in joy the view and the laid back atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and helpful for tourists.

  Great food, decently priced beverages. Not the greatest views of the water, but the waitress/waiters make up for it in great service. Bar on first floor, game room on second, and rooftop bar/restaurant/patio on third floor.
